Brussels Education Services (BES) was founded early in 2006 and aims to promote inter-university cooperation and to foster university-society relations through international projects.

It has invested heavily in e-learning tools and support, regularly benchmarking and valuating its provision, and conducting research into technology-enhanced pedagogy.
Established in January 1987, EADTU is Europe’s institutional network for open and distance higher education, e-learning and lifelong open and flexible Learning. Members of EADTU are universities that are dedicated to off-campus target groups using distance teaching methods and systemic study guidance, mostly in regional study centres, as well as organisations or consortia consisting of universities with mainly mainstream on-campus students but also give a priority to offering education for off-campus students.
UPCnet is a business created and owned by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – Barcelona Tech (UPC), a public institution dedicated to research and higher education, specialised in the fields of architecture, science and engineering with a consolidated worldwide reputation and an international vision that generates technological innovation and attracts talent.
The mission of UPCnet is to transfer the greatest know-how generated at UPC, towards businesses, society and the administration, with a guarantee of soundness and compromise.
UPCnet, with 150 professionals, provides services for UPC within all areas of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). With a great expertise and knowledge in the use of technologies in learning processes, UPCnet is developing projects for several institutions (universities, k12 and companies) at international level.
